While waiting for the new client release, try the following workaround mentioned by Red: In simple terms, start changing your resolution, starting at a lower resolution and working up to a higher one, until you get a good result. If one particular resolution gives you an error, you'll just have to select a different one. If this doesn't help, I am afraid you will have to wait till the next update. Good luck

Stuck Solutions: - Try Alt+Tab - Use an escape rope - Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited pokecenter - Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh button on the bottom toolbar - Log out, and then back in - If still stuck ask for help in the Live support chat in Discord. Let me know how it goes after trying the above solution(s). If they do not work, a full staff member will need to 'unstuck' you. Let me know if that is necessary. If these don't, a staff might help you. Good luck
