I hope this helps:- First, give a pecha berry to Doctor Neuman and he will tell you to meet Jenson at second floor. Go to second floor. The last room on the right side is Jenson's room.He will tell you to find his Blissey. Go to upstairs. There in one room there will be Jackson. Defeat him and enter the ball room. There , find blissey and talk to it. It will give u a potion. Now come back to 2nd floor. There, find captain and give him the potion. Gl and have a good day :))

Hey mate. As you lost to Jackson, go back to pallet town and talk to his mom in is house. His house is next to your house. His mom will come and move him. Then you will be able to go forward. I hope this helps u. Gl :)))
