You can keep an eye on the Update Logs for information on new moves or things that get implemented into the game in the future. That being said, I will now lock the thread. I have a few other solutions for you to try. Have you tried unzipping it by using your computer's built in extractor? And also have you tried to create an exception for PRO in your antivirus as well as run the game in compatibility mode?

If he allows you to pass, the gentleman in the Slateport Shipyard will open up access to the Slateport Museum, and there's a few things you need to do here before you can leave Slateport city.
