Hey there TheBestFriends! As said in this guide, in order to trade you need four Kanto Gym badges, and you must be inside a pokecenter. After having the four gym badges you will be allowed to speak in trade chat as well! Once inside of a pokecenter you can right click the player you wish to trade with and select trade, or use the command /trade <username> I hope this helps answer your question!

Hey there [mention]Ecattocs[/mention]! On the map you provided it looks like you have misses Ever Grande City in the bottom right. It is the city before you go to the Pokemon League. Have you checked the Pokecenter there?
