Are you trying to connect from a puplic place or even university or work? PRO might be blocked by your Workplace or university, nothing we could change about it. Try to reset your router, it may work after that.

you can't change your email yet, but this is planned for the future. For now you'll have to get a gmail or outlook email address and than register again with it. Sorry for the Inconvenience.

try to relearn a move you don't need and than try it again. that's what worked for me and other people.

they actually do count, if the other player doesn't evolve them.

you need 120 Kanto Pokemon and 38 evolved Pokes (all have to be diffrent pokes, can't evolve like 38 weedle to get the counter up) in order to reach Love island

I recently tested it myself. i [glow=red]recently[/glow] registered 4 accounts via gmail (or got the registration link atleast). had never a problem with it. This recommendation helped alot of people. So far the only options is to wait and try again and again until we (every staff) can activate it manually. but thus far we can't. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this problem caused, but this is the only option for now.

double check if you registered with the right email ( make sure you made capital letters or choose the right numbers if you have numbers in your email). I suggest you try to register another account with gmail or outlook.

make sure you closed everything around PRO. Here a little guide(windows): 1. Open your task manager with the key combination: ctrl + alt + del 2. Click on task manager 3. Click on "more details" (if you're running win10), 4. Search for PRO64_93 or PRO32_93 (depending on what you use) 5. Right click PRO64_93 or PRO32_93 and press on end task (note to neva: don't know how it's called in english) 6. If no PRO.exe is running you should restart the client and try to log in again If this didn't help, you'll have to wait until the server is going to be rebooted/restarted

We can't refund you anything lost/rollbacked through server crash/reboot. You'll have to learn those moves again on a move relearner as tyano123 already said. Move relearners in kanto: Cerulean city and Saffron city Move relearners in johto: Goldenrod city and Blackthorn city

you'll have to deal with that. This game isn't supposed to be as easy as the original games. Until now everyone has made it through kanto and johto. Also consider weaknesses of types. you don't fight with charmander lvl 16 against brock. it's obvious you'll loose. Instead catch poliwag (route 22 night), mankey (route 22) or budew (viridian forest). it's much easier. you'll have to use a bit of strategy to success here.

check your status first here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/Account.php the membership icon might be disabled because of the new xp boost icon. Also check your inventory if you really used the membership medailon.

make sure that you check every folder (spam/bin) to make sure it's not in there. try to register a new account with diffrent name and take care that everything is written right (capital letters and numbers).
