Hi there, Have you tried to check your PC in the Pokecenter? A PC is where your Pokemon will go if you have full party. It's located in every Pokecenter at the right side of Nurse Joy Counter :)

Make sure to talk to the TV again after beating Latias so that Latios can appear.

Make sure to talk to the TV again after fighting Latias and make sure the TV says "Blue Pokemon".
