Hi ! A npc is blocking the path to the Pinkan Island Cave even though I already did the Pinkan Island Quest (a long time ago) and I gave the Electabuzz and Scyther lvl 90. Can you help me please ?

I went into a cave and the game crashed immediately and now it will not load as it instantly crashes when I try to log in so I am unable to leave the cave -
Hi, I’ve just realised that I bought a Z-crystal that I already had (Psychium Crystal) I bought it with pve coins. Having two Psychium crystals being worthless, is there any chance to get a refund for this one since I will not use it ? I don’t think these are tradable items, therefore having 2 in my bag should be a proof of the mistake I made. thanks ! Capacoupe

I've been playing the game non-stop for almost several days now, maybe every single day without fail. I could even spend a whole day just trying to catch a single Treecko and still not succeed. Now I'm trying to play again and I'm banned.

Few months ago there was a bug where players lost their dex entries, i dont know how it worked but between these entries i lost legendaries caught data, like Landorus, Tornadus and Shaymin. I like to collect pokemons and dont really want to release them to catch again for the caught data, is it possible to recover them? The pokemons are in my pc...

resolved Shell Bell Quest broken with item missing

Hi Staff, I want a shell bell but while i have 4 salts, i have 0 shoal shells and when i go to the locations they are empty, i think i got the salts in 2018 and somehow it is glitched since i took so long to complete it? Also I went to the hiker at the entrance and he said i still need shells when they aren't at their location -- so I am sure this quest is glitched for me. Appreciate the help,

Im new to the game so: First sorry if this isnt the right category for this. Second sorry if this is something super obvious. Im in the kanto department store looking for thundervolt but the tm seller doesnt have it, contrary to what the wiki says. And looking further this happens with other tms. Im just wondering if this is a normal thing and I just hace to keep plaing (I have 5 badges) or if the wiki is wrong. thanks -

Hi, this is probably a long shot but i thought i would ask anyway.. back during last halloween i caught a typhlosion form that i was really stoked about, the problem is i evolved it before its hisuian form was released would there be anyway you could roll it back to quilava so that i might be able to get its hisui form. thanks and much appreciated!

Hi, I've recently encountered a pretty frustrating situation. whenever i try to log into the silver server my game crashes, although i have no issue logging into gold? The problem started right after i acquired my 1st gym badge in sinnoh. I've tried everything from updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling x3, clearing cache, and obviously restarting my pc. Nothing has solved the issue. please help. below i have attached some screen recordings so you can see exactly what's happening. thanks.

Hi there, I'm new to this game. I created an account and downloaded the game on macOS last week. I have been able to log into the website without issue in all that time, but I've never been able to log into the game - I get "Invalid username or password" errors every time. I've tried both login options (silver login and gold login) with no success. I even tried changing my password today, and that did not help either. I would appreciate some support for this issue. Is any use of the ability capsule at the moment? I bought one to change Landorus ability to sheer force but i cant. Is any legendary that have two standar abilities? Can i refund my pve coins somehow, if the capsule is uselles ??
