SuHu did not know that Arcanine will be switched to Weezing/Gengar.

SuHu is in trouble.

This quote indicates that ONLY if ground moves are used against Pokemons that can levitate.

The scenario I presented above shows that, even if we attempt to prevent ourselves from using ground type moves against levitate pokemons, we could still end up hitting the levitate Pokemons due to switch and unpredictability
