why do you know is pvp banned?

It isn't PvP banned it's something I saw in the Summer Tournament discord, however Qeight Clarified they are not banned. So I have changed it.

    by a mistake i use an escape rope after beating boss lawrence before i take the lightning orb, rn i already have fire and ice orb, but i dont have lightning orb because i can't go to lightning island again. the zapdos and moltres already not in place, can't find the way to go there. what should i do? please a solution and thankyou so much
