After beating the Tourist, at 4am-5am in Poke Time and as well your Garchomp needs to be max happiness otherwise it won't trigger if died during previous fights, Take 2 step to the left from Cynthia to trigger a fight with her. After beating her, she gives you Garchompite.

I will edit the guide later. Can you guys post screenshots of the Lopunny that you submit so we can see ivs, nature, ability, moves and gender so we can try and calculate why everyone gets random points and not many are able to get the Megastone?

Any confirmation if Garchomp needs to be OT?

if Beedrillite can be obtained from BCC, it should need some points I guess, if your friend get it today. Since I got 230 points one, winning the first place together with another NPC but didn't get it.

I use OT, but someone else says he's using non OT

I think you need win bcc with a flying poke to win beedrill mega stone
If you lose 10 times with starter mega quest, that starter cant be used again for that , but if the starter evolves in the quest can wait 10 more losses (torchic 10 losses, combusken 20 losses and blaziken 30 losses)

For ampharos mega quest need:
strong poke (magnemite)
non afected ground poke (levitate or flying)
non afected water poke (chinchou water absorb or helioptile dry skin)
non afected grass poke (blitzzle sap sipper)
non afected dragon poke (fairy tipe)
non afected electric poke (pikachu with Lightning Rod)
And do a battle without mold braker and ground tipes
