This is the dialogue that I receive at every excavation site when trying to smash the shiny rocks without a pickaxe and/or membership. The above screenshot was taken at Glacial Site, but I've tested each excavation site, and the shiny rocks at each site have the same typo in dialogue.<e>

The sentence is grammartically ok. And yes, that's what the NPC mean. There are two 'stages' if you allow me to call it that way, one for lv50 and below, one for lv100 and below.</r>

This is not an NPC dialogue issue, as far as I can tell from your post... and I'm not sure what you want to say here. Do you mean you get stuck when talking to this NPC?<br/>
