Traded it to a player username Ultraction who had not yet been to Hoenn to facilitate the evolution. He let me know right away that it was region locked and is by no means at fault for this situation as I should have asked to make sure that he was able to receive my poke. Woopeyboi hasn't finished Kanto yet and Seadra was a Johto caught pokemon and now it's locked in his pc. Unfortunately, I didn't think ahead and forgot to take a screenshot of the trade so I don't have a screenshot of my pokemon. The Seadra ID is 57371504 and is holding a dragon scale. I'd be very grateful if it could be returned to me. It was an honest mistake ^^ thank you very much!
