Upgrade Legendary Pokemon to a shiny version

@Black Wanted to suggest if it wouldnt be a nice feature that you could upgrade your legendary Pokemon to a shiny version for a certain ammount of PvP coins. Me and some other people really liked this suggestion and want to post it here.

There is basically no way to get a shiny legendary besides winning a summer tour or beeing staff while at the same time a shiny - non tradeable Pokemon is nothing more but a "skin". PvP Mounts and whatever you can get from PvP coins is boring when you already got what you want. Except rerolls maybe.

-1 Only staff should have broken Pokemon and cool shinies clearly. Why do you deserve shiny legendaries, hidden power landos, or competent content? Maybe if you stopped asking for the game to be easier and played you would have a shiny legendary.

+1 , i really like this idea. It would be very cool to be able to get shiny legendaries. I also like the idea of it being locked behind pvp coins as its a great incentive for people to really get in to pvp and grind for w.e mon they want to upgrade

But : I disagree with the PvP only thing. Some people (like me, and I think some other) don't like PvP, some people love to play this game by doing other things, hunt, shiny hunting, business ...

Why do not implement a quest, a long and really really hard one to win a ticket to change a legendary of our choice to a shiny NEW legendary (cf example hereafter). 

This quest could be done once a month and by ALL the player, PvP player still have the challenge because of the difficulty and the PvE player can try it to

 

Example :

You have a Perfect Latios 31x6, you use your ticket and you get a Shiny Latios but he is now docile and a total of 24 IV

I don't necessarily think it should be exclusive to PvP players alone, in form of it being purchaseable for PvP coins.

While its true that many players on PRO participate in PvP and grinds all day until their very life cease to exist.

But, believe it or not there still exist players among us who only focuses on PvE (i.e bosses, events, etc) or don't PvP at all. 

 

So I personally think that by making such a major feature PvP exclusive, it could damage or split PRO in a bad way.

 

Although, with all that being said, regardless if it isn't PvP exclusive.

I'm still gonna -1 this.

Simply for the reason that I believe PRO is better off with how it is now.

I believe that it should be retained as is and not change how it works.

Why? Becasue I like the way PRO currently is.

 

If you want a more in-depth explaination, then that would be...

Because if anyone had access to it, then it would no longer be a interesting and exclusive feature for some individuals.

I think that special event-form sprites for legendaries are a much better alternative to discuss over shiny sprites.

If they do that the game will end something like showdon anyone can access the pokenon they want.  You only need to say buy ivs.  (this only makes the pokemon hunt die and the economy collapse) (and it is currently being seen)
