denied IV/Nature Rerolls for shinies.

So, why is it a legendary that everyone can obtain easily be able to obtain perfect/ivs/nature if enough money is expended? i feel this option should be available to a regular poke if and only if they're the shiny variant meaning they are practically legendary with a spawn rate of 1/8092, or just make them guaranteed 31-31-20-20-25-28 iv randomized meaning a shiny will almost always be an godly poke which imo they should be bc of their legendary rarity to begin with, however this should not include quest obtained or guaranteed shinies.

Making shinies always godly would hugely negatively affect the market, so -1 on that.

 

However, +1 on shinies should be able to be rerolled as well. Should be the same kind of regular reroll as legendaries, so they still can ends up with bad IVs, so the market isn't affected heavily. Maybe nature reroll should be available to shinies too.

And for people who usually say "jUsT HuNt AnOtHeR oNE", yeah well, HAVE YOU TRIED DOING THAT???? The chance to get the right shiny (as in, the right Pokemon with at least decent IVs and the right nature) is so tiny, that it will take MONTHS of hunting if not straight up YEARS. Not only you have to beat the spawn chance, you also have to beat the shiny chance, then the IV chance, then the nature chance. That's ridiculous. It's just straight up unfeasible to "hunt another one", hence why people buy the better shinies instead of hunting again.

At least make either one between nature or IV can be rerolled, if not both.

@Starlight  I couldn't agree more, shinies shouldn't always be good IV, I only meant not complete trash to the point why even bother keeping it at least always make them have 96/186 IVs minimum. Didn't expect the Devs to take that note so literal but just get the idea that shinies not being decent  is kinda outrageous considering the rarity.  

Anyways  thank you for replying I appreciate all input I truly believe this is one of the few things holding this game back from being consistently considered the best among pokemon mmos currently available.

Ah I see,  I looked back to around page 40 and none of the pages had it so I thought this was a new idea.  

sad to see a featured denied that could potentially lead to a vast influx of it community being new enthusiastic players (shiny hunters) from across all platforms switch.

It just doesn't make sense why legendries can become perfect IV "easily" yet shiny mon or just regular are left to complete RNG feel like that's why a vast majority of its community has left over the years, I'm new to it  and only want to play it because of its diversity of Pokémon so chances of me, leaving are slim to none right now but to see a feature neglected that could make it explode in popularity is quite disappointing anyways goodluck, have fun.

i wouldn't mind this tbh but only if the rerolls were insanely expensive to the point where its just better to buy a pvp shiny or using the summer tournament rewards (which are also expensive) on a shiny rather than rerolling it. But i can totally understand why they wouldnt add this.

-1 , this is not a good idea, pokemon is a RNG game. Legends cannot be re rolled to be perfect "easily". I know players that have spent 10s of millions on re rolls to end up with trash IVs anyway. And yes it's possible to use just one re roll and have a godly legend. But that's the point, it's a luck based game. Taking away the chance/luck factor of hunting would ultimately change the feel of the game imo. Not to mention what something like this would do to the market.

see I would definitely agree that battling is rng but to say pokemon as a whole is rng is false, many players in the official series breed perfect iv shinies consistently in fact. only shinies you can expect to be trash are legendaries which in this game somehow managed to have the ability to reroll despite a legendary rarity stacked with shiny being in the realm of possibility. 
I understand not to  buff shiny encounters ivs and to treat it as normal but to simply rule out shiny rerolls is insane sure increase the price to 1million per reroll so if you get lucky godly shiny but it wont break the market because just like you said people have spent 10s of millions and still have trash iv legendaries so the premise still stands, shinies need more love or legendaries be treated as equals whom ivs cannot be rerolled because if rng is to be the name of the game they should just make a new account and encounter a legendary again, since for some shiny hunts it might be the more reasonable option.

-1 since perfect shinies should be rare to obtain since they will go 100m+ like if epic..if this continued for i year like many ppl will have epic shinies and their worth will decrease a lot in about 4-5 yrs
