So I was playing a random battle and I fought against this thing. Just want to know what is this poke? or is this a bug?

Its a pokemon in the PvP random battle lineup irrc.

However, you cannot catch it, nor is it a encounterable in the wild as part of any quest or events. So its purely available in PvP random battles irrc.

    As mentioned above, this is just a regular Pokémon that is one of the eventualities you can find in Random Ranked PvP. It is not a bug. You can find out more information about Type: Null in its Bulbapedia page.
