Hello staffs, 

I server trnferred my monic124 Acc to silver and then when i tried to login in silver it showed that pass was incorrect but it login in gold pls help me  i need to make  a trade soon. 

Bump can i get any answer?

Can you try resetting your password here and then try to login once more?

Actually I don't think the pass is wrong bcz it's logging in gold but isnt logging in silver

@Epithet actually the acc is not mine I took it  from my frnd and he has lost his original email acc so is there any other way to solve it? 

@Kitretsu05 Just change pass once, login to the account and change the new password to old password if you are so scared. xD

He cant change the password without access to the email.

Man I alrdy mentioned that acc wasn't mine nor the gmail and the guy who owns the email has forgotten abt his email now otherwise I wouldn't mind to change pass tho.

Are you able to log into the dashboard? You can change passwords that way, as well.

If not, you'll need an email change and that will require you to make a post in the General Complaints Area.
