When i tried to battle Misty (Gym leader) for the second time because i lost the first time, i can´t >.< so i can´t proceed through the game..

 

There's a cooldown time of 120 mins before you can battle again for gym leaders

Npc/item disappears and tile becomes blocked:

50 Pokeballs Boon Island: Also you can rebattle all of the rattata trainers Multiple times

Can't talk to Nurse Joy in Lavender town. Started occurring after finishing Fuji rescue and talking to him at his house.

I did that quest like a week ago (so the npc's have reset already)<br/>

Location: Pokémon tower<br/>

EDIT: Oh i forgot to mention that you can still enter the tower, it just shows you the message. Also, a friend of mine (who only did the quest recently) had the same problem.</r>

This might not really be an issue at all, but I just want to make sure.

 

Yesterday I battled Fuchsia's Gym Leader, Janine, and I didn't receive EXP or $ for my troubles. It's been a few weeks since I battled any of the other Gym Leaders, but I distinctly remember receiving EXP for defeating Brock's Gym. Has this been changed recently? Or is Janine supposed to give EXP?

I get the same message and I finished the quest already. Can't enter the Poketower now. It was accessible even after the message earlier.</r>

You're right. Gym Leaders got changed recently, they no longer give experience, money and EV points and they're also immediately re-challengeable if you lose.
