Hello! I have a great idea,which is the ""leader"" role now this is how it would work their would be a section forum leader of some sort for example Guide leader that guide leader would pick their sub forum mods that would mod guides which would be decided by that counsel (or management +) or/and An ""Art leader" their job would be making sure there part of their sub forum is rules not being broken and choosing artist for their category Thanks,welxhz 

I don't understand what you're suggesting. People can have some type of roles for specific sub forums or something?

Hello! I am sorry for the miscommunication yes that is basically what I am suggesting  

-1, Staff Members already do the moderating when it comes to forums.

Hello, we already have moderators, artists, scripters, and other roles internally, as well as leaders for each role.

If we decide to introduce such a system, we would do so with the help of our existing leaders and would not look for leaders in the community.
