hello , i did all the requirements to start the victini dungeon but i cant get the wails out of the way , i talked with demon and the old lady in the town and i have gen 5 pokedex + i did demon quest

What about kyurem and Zekrom, have you caught them all?

Kyurem>zekrom>talk to demon infront of eindoak cave>unova seen/caught data>talk to demon infront of dragonspiral tower>wailord/mer gone

Apologies for the inconvenience experiencied.

From what I see, you meet all the requirements to go to Crater Town, Kyurem, Zekrom done.

Have you talked to the NPC in front of the cave in the beach, once he dissapear, go to right side of the Town close to the campfire in front of Dragonspiral Tower and speak with Damon.

Once he is gone, you will need to go in route 109 as you are and the wailord should be gone.
