    In my opinion as long as outrage doesn't have priority shouldn't be banned even if it can it 4 times instead of 3, since it would cripple heavily dragonite / garchomp more than actually help the playe

Yeah. You can Baton Pass any stats that you want as long as you don't pass Speed + anything else. Your example, "Atk, Def and SpDef" is completely legal. However, passing Speed + Attack would be illegal. You can Baton Pass speed on its own however :)

Move/ Ability/ Item Name: Protect, Detect

Explanation (Bugged/ Not Yet Coded): Protect prevent hazard (steal rock,..).

Description of Bug/ Not Code: When you use steal rock and your opposent protect, steal rock cant work.

How it should be: All the entry hazard are not affected by protect (sr, spikes, toxic spikes, sticky web) according to bulbapedia.

Evidence (video/ others): I can if needed, easy too test.

 

I would like to repost this comment posted almost half a year ago, since entry hazards are still affected by protect which should not be the case. Also I did not see a single reply to this so that's another reason as to why I am reposting this comment.

To resume: On official game, the Base Power is 60 for 6G. On PRO, the Base Power on description is 60. But when we use the move, the Base Power is only 50!

This bug strongly reduces Hidden Power efficiency in PVP.

On Weakness *4, a BP of 50 gives us a move at 200 power instead of 240.

On Weakness *2, a BP of 50 gives us a move at 100 power instead of 120. Meaning any STAB move with 70 BP on weakness *1 will be stronger than Hidden Power, and 70 BP is pretty easy to have. Even on Weakness *0,5, any STAB move with 135 BP will be stronger than Hidden Power (not a lot i admit).

 

But, the issue comes from the advantage we supposed to have with Hidden Power, with a BP at 50, Magnezone can't OHKO Scizor and can quickly lose the match-up, same for Roserade Hidden Power Fire versus Ferrothorn, lose the match-up even with a move *4. Others examples can be find, but firsts in mind.
