Fixed the bug on news reporter that made anyone reaching 7 days in a row reset to 0

Old Chateau - Now have spawns.

Eterna Forest - Espurr moved to one of the Old Chateau maps. Espurr switched for Buneary.

All Sinnoh Safari Areas - The highest tier pokemons now should spawn more frequently (Chimchar, Piplup, Turtwig, Croagunk, Joltik).(edited)

Updated these following NPCs:

- PvP Coin Masters now sell Nature Reroll Ticket and Reroll Ticket under "Evolution and Misc Items".

- Implemented the new Reroll System to Psychic Marina. Rerolling IVs will now consume 1 Reroll Ticket and rerolling Nature will consume 1 Nature Reroll Ticket.

- Added Nature Reroll Ticket to the Slot Machine at Goldenrod Game Corner.
