I accidentally leveled my Chansey to 100 and need it deleveled to lvl 95 ! Please help me!

You can evolve your Chansey into Blissey even if level 100. To do that, make sure it has 255 happiness by checking with the command /happy 1-6 and then make it battle a wild pokemon when it has 255 of happiness
