I have deleveled your sliggoo. Note that, to evolve sliggoo, you first have to find a place in PRO where it's raining outside of battle and level it up. To evolve a magneton into a magnezone, you have level up in areas with a special magnetic field. In PRO, the areas with special magnetic fields are "New Mauville", " Mt. Coronet b1f", " Mt. Coronet 2f", " Mt. Coronet 3f", " Mt. Coronet 4f", " Mt. Coronet 5f", " Mt. Coronet 6f", " Mt. Coronet 7f" and "Spear Pillar".
