Deleted my moltres awhile ago and completely forgot about it when i came back to the game, Any chance of a restore please?

Deleted my Kyurem at some point. I recall doing the quest and the NPC shows I cannot start it. I do not recall deleting it but it is not in my boxes. It had to have been shortly after the release as I stopped playing around then. If anyone could help I'd appreciate it.
