It is modest lvl7 ralts - 31spd/27 or(28) s.atk

i accidentally release a useable a useable poke when release the trash, it got no id yet. can pls restore it for me?

Unfortunately the Starly could not be recovered. Pokemon freshly caught take a bit of time to register in the game's database, which is why the Starly does not have a proper ID number yet. To avoid this in the future, re-logging after hunting will force save all the pokemon recently caught to give them a proper ID number. I am sorry for the inconvenience. ~ TrollDaddy

and the server is gold.
