Everything has been said here, and PRO always stated that they want'd to fit to nintendo rules/mechanism etc and not have something apart , for thoses two reasons I dont even know why this is even a thread , since this doesnt even officially exist as stated by shamac himself.<br/>

Its like if you were making a thread to ask if we should consider Broly canon :D<br/>
