Their hidden abilities are not avaiable in the original games, as you can see by investigating the most used page of competitive pokemon battles, Smogon. Many other people have been screwed by getting Legendary Dogs with incorrect natures this is pretty mug just the same thing.

And ability reset hasn't been planned up until now.
