It's helpful to think of PRO as its own MMO rather than expecting a direct recreation of the official games. That mindset probably avoids a lot of disappointment for new players.

( Update) In doubt i re-try to get the UNKNOW HAT, got it for the second time ... and the message from ash stay the same. PS : Believe i was lose the fight against ash the first time ... it is very important ? if is that i have to wait 50 hours to try to beat him for see if the quest will unlock no ?

Hey there, PRO is a community driven game and many people try to help where they can. Sometimes something seemingly as bug can be supported and resolved by other means. I did miss the part about Android, but the general idea remains the same and my intention was to try and help you. For androids I found an application called "k2er" for controller mapping with many guides in youtube. I personally haven't test it, but maybe you can try it. Hello! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please note that you do not need to battle every NPC, including Mako, to complete the tournament. The NPCs can battle each other during the tournament, which may cause some of them to become unavailable. You only need to obtain 7 or more points to progress. The 12 points are the maximum amount you can achieve, not the required amount. Could you please speak with Mannes and send me a screenshot of all the dialogue you receive from him? Kind regards. May some people of the staff/dev team reply to a bug report instead of some user who doesn't even read the post properly. I am talking about the android client, there is no joy2key and no proper mapping tool that intercepts keys properly. Also the hardcoded movement key is basic functionality and probably fixed within 5 seconds by swapping the keycodes within 2 lines if someone would actually look at it. Second I'm asking for a bugfix, not a workaround. Thank you.

I think my Ash Hat quest is bugged and I would appreciate some help. I chose Pikachu as my Kanto starter. I defeated Ash in Viridian Forest a few days ago. He is currently on cooldown and says: “Maybe come around in about 60 hours for a rematch.” Today, I farmed Mankey on Route 9 and obtained the Unknown Hat. I removed the item from my Pokémon after using Thief, but the item does not appear in my bag (I understand this may be normal for a quest item). However, when I talk to Ash on Route 9, he only says: “You didn’t see me in Viridian Forest training my pal Pikachu?” He never continues the quest or asks about the hat. I have already completed the Kanto League, and my Kanto starter is definitely Pikachu. Could someone please check if my Ash Hat quest is bugged or if there is something I am missing? Hey there , unfortunately Controller Support isn't really optimized for PRO but you could try to use a software to mirror your keybinds, joy2key for example.
