I tried using forgot password but it required me to use a new email-ad that not registered in this forum. concern: i just want my account here in forum link to my in-game registered email. p.s. my wife hates the idea im using her email so i can push through this forum account :<

Bump You might have people investigating, it would probably take time sure, but could we get any kind of update on whether this bug is still being looked into, whether recovery is possible, or if there’s literally anything we can do to prevent it from happening again? It’s rough having to replace weeks or years worth of items without knowing if it can happen again. If screenshots, dungeons, timestamps, or item lists would help, let us know what's needed, we'l send it.

Hey @Luohan I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. This appears to be related to the currently known Pokédex caught-data issue that has affected a number of players. Unfortunately, while some lost Pokédex data was previously restored from a backup, any data obtained after that backup and subsequently lost may not be recoverable at this time. The developers are aware of the issue and have been investigating possible solutions, particularly for entries that are difficult or impossible to reacquire. However, we are currently unable to manually restore the missing Pokédex entries. Thank you for providing the information regarding Hoopa and the missing legendary entries. I will forward your report so it can be reviewed alongside the ongoing investigation into the Pokédex data-loss issue. We apologize for the frustration this has caused, especially for players working toward Pokédex completion, and we appreciate your patience while the developers continue looking into the matter.
