Please make sure you have completed that part of the quest before trying to continue at the Daycare Centers. The Medical Certificate is not a regular item in your inventory, so it may not appear in your bag. Hello, I created a new Pokémon Revolution Online account and I am trying to log in on my Mac. The client shows “Unknown Device” and asks me to confirm my device by email. However, I have not received the verification email. I have checked my inbox and spam folder, searched for “Pokemon Revolution” and “PRO”, and I have also used the “Double click here to resend” option several times. My email address is correct. I can also log in to my account successfully on the website. Could you please help me with the device verification?

Hello PRO Staff, I am currently doing the Summer Event – Kabutops Quest on the Gold Server in the Alto Mare Museum. During the Kabutops battle, all of my Pokémon fainted. Unfortunately, I don't have an Escape Rope or any Revives with me, and I can't leave the area to reach a Pokémon Center. I am now stuck and unable to continue the quest.
