Request for Review and Unban of My First Silver Account Hello PRO Staff, I am writing this post to respectfully request another review of my first Silver account, which was banned around March 2024. I know that my account has a punishment history, and I understand that the staff must take previous punishments seriously. However, I would like to explain the complete situation because I believe my original case was heavily affected by my lack of experience with PRO, my poor English, and my misunderstanding of the forum and communication system. --------------------------------------------- What Actually Happened At the time, I was still a beginner in PRO. A player came to me and asked me to help evolve their Haunter into Gengar through a trade. I accepted the trade to help them. However, during the interaction, I accidentally clicked the Ignore button. I did not know that the Ignore button would block the player and prevent me from communicating or trading with them. After that happened: - I could not trade with the player anymore. - The player could not send me messages. - I could not properly communicate with him. - I wanted to return his Pokémon, but because I had accidentally blocked him, I could not contact him normally. I repeatedly wanted to tell him to take his Pokémon back. Because of this situation, my account was eventually banned. I understand that the situation looked suspicious from the outside, and I accept responsibility for my mistake. However, my intention was not to scam the player. It was an accidental mistake caused by my lack of knowledge about the PRO client. --------------------------------------------- Why My Original Appeal Was Poorly Explained(2024) After my ban, I tried to appeal and explain what had happened. I also provided screenshots and apologized. However, there were major problems with how I communicated my case. 1. I had very poor English At that time, I was not good at English. My posts were written in broken English, and I understand that this made my explanation difficult for moderators to understand. I was trying to explain myself, but I could not properly express what had happened. 2. I did not understand forum discipline I was a complete beginner not only in the game but also on the PRO forum. I treated the forum more like WhatsApp or Instagram, where I could repeatedly send messages and replies. Because I did not understand forum etiquette, I made multiple posts and replies about my situation. I now understand that this could be considered spam and that it created unnecessary work for the staff. I sincerely apologize for that. 3. I repeatedly contacted staff through Discord At that time, I also did not understand how PRO Discord and its staff structure worked. I contacted Discord staff repeatedly because I desperately wanted help with my account. I did not understand that someone such as a Discord manager could not simply handle my ban appeal. Again, I apologize for the unnecessary disturbance. I was not trying to disrespect the staff. I was simply a confused beginner who did not understand how the system worked. --------------------------------------------- About My Punishment Record I understand that my punishment record is one of the reasons why my staff application was rejected. But I respectfully ask: Should a beginner's mistakes permanently define their future? At the time of my ban, I was inexperienced with the game, the client, the forum, and the rules. Today, I am completely different from the player I was back then. I now understand: - PRO client features. - The Ignore function. - Trading procedures. - Forum rules and etiquette. - PRO Discord and its purpose. - How to communicate with staff properly. - The importance of following rules and procedures. I have learned from what happened. I am not asking the staff to pretend that my past never happened. I am asking you to consider the person I have become since then. --------------------------------------------- Nearly Two Years of Learning After everything that happened, I did not simply disappear from the community. I created another account and continued playing PRO for nearly two years. During this time, I learned much more about the game and the community. I now understand the systems that I completely misunderstood when I was a beginner. I have also made two posts regarding my unban situation, and I have been waiting patiently for a response. My concern is that it has now been around one month since my last post, and I still have not received a response. I understand that the staff are busy and that they have many cases to handle. However, waiting for around a month without any response is very discouraging when the account and its history are important to me. I am not asking for special treatment. I am only asking for my case to be reviewed and for me to receive a clear response. --------------------------------------------- About the Lack of Communication I respectfully want to raise a concern about the handling of my case. When a player has been waiting for a long period without receiving a response, it can feel as though their case has been forgotten. I understand that moderators have responsibilities and that they cannot respond instantly to every player. However, even a short response such as: "Your appeal is still being reviewed." would let me know that my case has not been forgotten. I do not want to accuse individual moderators of intentionally ignoring me. I simply want to highlight that a month without an update has left me uncertain about the status of my appeal. --------------------------------------------- My Request I respectfully request the staff to: 1. Review my original Silver account and its punishment history again. 2. Consider the circumstances surrounding the Haunter/Gengar trade. 3. Consider that I was a beginner who misunderstood the Ignore feature. 4. Consider my poor English and lack of understanding of the forum system at that time. 5. Consider the improvements I have made since 2024. 6. Please review my current unban request, which has been waiting for around one month. Most importantly, I ask you to look at my present behavior and future potential, rather than judging me solely by mistakes I made as a beginner. --------------------------------------------- Final Words I know that I made mistakes. I am not trying to escape responsibility for them. I am asking for an opportunity to show that I have learned from them. The player I was in 2024 did not understand PRO properly. The player I am today understands the game, the forum, Discord, and the importance of following the rules much better. A mistake can explain someone's past, but it should not necessarily decide their entire future. I sincerely apologize for my previous mistakes, the unnecessary posts, the Discord messages, and the confusion I caused the staff. Please reconsider my first Silver account and, at the very least, provide me with an update regarding my current appeal. Thank you for taking the time to read my entire post. Hello @Randompeanut ! Apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing. From our database, it look like you are missing one seen data in your gen1 pokemon which is Dratini. To be able to get the last prize, you will require to see his data. There is many different way such as trying to catch one, fight a NPC which have it or you could potentially try to speak with the Dratini in Dragons Den to get his seen data. I have seen 149 pokemon in kanto but the prize npc keeps saying i have only found 148 pokemon in kanto. Kindly look into this pls, i hope u can help me

Unfortunately it is not a bug, Hyper Voice bypass Substitute and crit consider drop stats and do normal damage, here I did a showdown calc for you with -4 (2 Shell Smash Gorebyss) versus a Simple crit Hyper Voice! Let say, you used 2 Memento before giving simple ability via Golduck, the Sylveon is at -4 (-2 from Memento) 0 SpA Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. -4 252 HP / 0 SpD Gorebyss on a critical hit: 400-471 (127.3 - 150%) -- guaranteed OHKO You can see there a crit do around +127 damage and kill Gorebyss and since boss have higher stats with EVs, it is a kill at 100% I can understand it is frustating but it is how Pokemon RNG can be sometime. Hello @Glimoire As stated in the above replys the De-Evolution is not possible. A staff will not offer De-evolution As its told to you in Discord server.. Be careful in future while the evolve window pops up!
