Eventually, Professor Elm, from Johto told Shiny Serperior that many baby Snivys had been captured and trained by humans. Father Shiny Serperior took out an advertisement thinking that one of them was his son. According to the ad, he would give himself as a gift to the person who found his son! To find the missing Son, we need the last 4 digits of the ID number. The person who finds the ID number, and therefore the child, will be rewarded with the father serperior! There is only one rule.
