The full list of submittable Pokemon can be seen through the NPC by talking to them and looking at the more information section. In order to gain access to the Haunted Cave Depths, you and your team must be one of the top teams. This is determined by the overall score (based on Pokemon submission). If you are aware of players breaking game rules, do not hesitate to file a report in the appropriate Report Section of the forums.
