  1. MS has been extended for 6 days for users that already had active MS. 40 coins have been added to existing coin count for all active users. This is mostly to cover the black medallion loss. 5 days MS has been added to active users without MS. It will expire on 10th of this month. This is due to promotion, recent complaints, and frequent server crashes. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  2. I just saw the Contributor Role is being reworked or contributors will be rewarded in a different way. I wanted to chime in and agree it seems like a good idea to rework it and structure towards a continuous contributing system. Also wanted to give my idea. Obviously the numbers and specifics can and should be altered based on more knowledgeable staff. However, the general idea should be clear. Definition of a Contributor: A player who is actively contributing to the PRO community in a consistent and meaningful way. How to earn Contributor role: Step 1: Must apply via forums. A simple application form thread or google docs questionnaire will be created for players to fill out. Example questions: Which server do you play on? Provide a screenshot of your Trainer Card from your most active server: Please link any and all guides you have created for the community: Please link any social media content you have created for the community: (YouTube channel, Twitch stream, Discord Server, etc.) Please link any events you have done for the community: (Tournaments, Activities, Giveaways, etc.) How else have you contributed to the community? [*]Step 2: Application review done by specific PRO Staff. Staff should be looking for specific qualities in applicants. Consistent content in social media. High quality guides and/or events. Extremely active and helpful on the forums, answering questions, etc. Extremely active in game or discord helping others. Good standing with PRO. No recent suspensions or disruptive behavior. [*]Step 3: Acceptance into Contributor role with a determined Contributor rank. Contributor ranks and what they eligible for: Rank 0: Contributors under review for inactivity. Rank 1: Entry level contributors who provide infrequent content to the community. The occasional guide, video, or event. Extremely active and helpful members of the community on the forums, etc. Eligible for 50 coins or small membership medallion each month. [*]Rank 2: Contributors will a high amount of following on content to the community. Videos with consistently over 1,000 views. Events with consistently over 50 participants. Eligible for 100 coins or coin capsule each month. [*]Rank 3: Contributors who have shown extreme dedication to the PRO community. Created content that reshaped the PRO community for the better. (Reborn Bot is a great example of this.) Eligible for 150 coins each month. Other perks to Contributor role: Contributor Role on the Official PRO Discord. Access to a Contributor Forum that provides a more direct line to staff concerning suggestions, events, and additional support. How to lose Contributor role: Should a contributor be inactive or stop contributing, they will be placed at Rank 0. They will then need to provide evidence they are still contributing or resume contributing to earn their previous rank back or they will be revoked from their contributor role altogether. How to implement Contributor role and rank rewards: Add Contributor Ranks 0, 1, 2, and 3 to the forum. Would a staff member be able to make coin rewards automatic monthly based on forum roles? I think that would easiest. Assign a specific staff member to reviewing contributor roles each month for amount content produced. Each rank should be scrutinized the higher it is.

  7. Minimodding is essentially acting like a mod, while you're not actually one. A clear example would be pointing at people saying that they're breaking the rules and will get banned for it. While someone could be minimodding with good intentions, there's many cases where it really does not help a situation, especially if handled poorly. For example, say there's a flame war that broke out in a thread, and someone tries to jump in and ask to stop. It can very well happen that they'll drag the minimodder in the flame war instead and just worsen the whole thing, whereas a mod would have more impact with the ability to hand out mutes, or simply lock the thread if he or she judges it has gone too far beyond control. That's why there's many places that ask not to minimod. If you see someone breaking the rule, just don't participate and notify the mods with a report. They'll know how to best handle the situation. I don't think there's any problem to replying to bug reports and similar threads. If they wanted only the mods to be able to reply, they would have made these threads private like the complaint area. Just act as a player by sharing ideas or providing more information, and not as a mod. I'd say an example of minimodding in that section would be saying something like "Not a problem, lock the thread", as that could offense the thread starter. But in general, the main worry for this rule is the example I gave above.

  8. Hey there, You're allowed to reply to other posts as long as it either provides the answer, or if you're in the same situation and can provide further informations about the issue for others to help better. Otherwise, it just drowns the informations in useless posts and makes it harder for people to reply accurately. Staffs (CCs, mostly, because they're the most knowledgeable regarding storyline overall and troubleshooting issues, but anyone can) are the main ones replying to these posts simply because players are playing the game or chilling on the Discord server, or just don't particularly have the will to help others, or simply don't know the answer thus don't try to but still follow a bit the forums. About minimodding, it would be like quoting rules to players infringing them, while threatening them of a punishment, stuff like that; players should only use the report function to bring staff's attention to such posts so they can remove them and deal with the user accordingly, while a player doing it just bring more chaos to the original thread, really :P On another note, I'm glad to see a new forums nerd (here used in a non-pejorative way) willing to help others! Anyways, hope I could help clearing some points out and I wish you a nice day
