  3. Hey P0keMaster1993 and welcome to PRO! :) Updating your client is easy. In order to update your PRO version you have to delete all current PRO files first. After that, go to our download page and download the new version. We have a auto updater but unfortunately only for Windows user for now. If you have any further questions, feel always free to ask in our General Support forum. We also have a Discord server for communication and quick help and also a Guide section for almost any quest in PRO. Enjoy your stay! ^^
  4. Hey Barakiel1, thanks for reporting this issue! :) It seems like the server are really laggy at the moment. Your Pokémon should be deleted, but only some time after you accepted the release.   9. Hey SmashyX, Thanks for reporting this bug. The head of your mount is invisible because of the general interaction with interacting objects. This only happens for a very few mon's. I will forward this bug but I can not tell you if the bug will be fixed any time soon as it is more or a minor bug, there is no ETA for the fix. Regards Xylos

  11. Hey Mihawk95. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. You most likely experience "zombie dc's", a kind of dc caused of the game which wont allow you to interact with anything. The problem is known and currently being worked on with high priority. There is no ETA when those will be fixed. If you want to stay up to day regarding this bug, feel free to enter out official PRO Discord. As the problem is on our end, there is not much you can do. :/ Regards Xylos

  14. Hey GreyStark, Thank you for your kind words! :) It is right, all bosses updated with Python will notice now if the server crashes and will offer you again a fight without a cooldown. This will only work for server crashes, unfortunately not for dc's on your end as it could be abused. Not all bosses are updated yet, only a few are. Means all old bosses (as Shary and Shaui are) do not offer this option yet. For this cases we can not reset any cooldown. Here is a small list of all yet updated bosses: Shamac Naero Lorelei Erika Chuck Koichi Oak Elm The locations are still the same and can be found at this topic, but keep in mind that the teams are not updated. All old bosses will be reworked over the time, how long it will need is unsure and depends how much our Content Scripter team has to do. It is unfortunate that it was in a case of a shiny Pokémon in your case, but we can not help you in this case. In case you are refering to the currently often occuring "zombie dc's", the problem is being worked on since a few days already, but there is no ETA when it will be fixed. To stay up to date for any news regarding the zombie dc's, you can join out official PRO Discord server. Once again, we are sorry for that but there is really nothing we can do in such a case.   18. Hey, I'm sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for this report. I wasn't able to reconstruct this bug. I evolved 12 Scatterbugs and all had the intended ability. Did this bug happened to you lately? Because it seems it just works fine for me. If possible, can you provide any evidence? Regards Xylos
  19. Hey Leahx3, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. According to my sources you haven't beaten every other trainers yet. It seems you only have fought and won against 3 Sinnoh NPC's, your next one would be Novi in National Park (Johto). It is a little bit strange, that you say you have battled them all except Hannah, but your account says you only beat three of them. If it wasn't a rollback, which is unlikely in your case as it is very much progress lost, it may be a bug. Please try to battle Novi and follow on all following Sinnoh NPC's if it is possible for you. A list of them and their locations you can find here. Let me know your result. Regards Xylos
  20. Hey shayvl31, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. We had issues with "zombie dc's", a dc which appeared in PvP and Boss battles. When you had this kind of dc's, the game froze and you wasn't able to do anything. However, this dc's are not directly connected with Boss Oak or any other Boss. The bug should be fixed now as it was investigated. Remember that it is intended that you get a cooldown when you get a dc in any way. The updated Bosses do only reset their cooldowns in case you got kicked out because of a server crash. Unfortunately we can not reset any cooldown neither we can refund any lost item, Pokémon or game progress in general in a case of a rollback. Once again, we are sorry for that but there is really nothing we can do in such a case. :/ Thank you for your report anyway! I will lock this topic now as it is answered.   22. Hey tha01379, I'm sorry for this inconvenience and this late reply. Thanks for the report! We were aware of a bug where you lose battles by beating bosses with hazards. I will forward this issue and will keep you up to date for any outcome. Please try to avoid finishing Boss fights with hazards. As far I am aware of this bug, you will only lose fights when the last Boss Pokémon is defeated by hazards, if not, everything should be fine but I can not confirm that. We can unfortunately not refund any cooldown's or rewards you would have gained from the NPC's. Even when it is not directly a rollback, following quote applies here too: I can't tell you when this bug will be fixed as our Dev team always has much to do but I will keep you up to date.     mail bug

    Hey arkilloftw, I'm sorry for this inconvenience and this late reply. The problem might have been, that your friend typed your name wrong, or mixed it up with the Mail title. I can confirm that you never received 7 Rare Candy's. If you give me the name of your friends account, I could detect the exact issue. However, we do not refund wrongly sent mail items if they are not high valuable as it is much work and not easy to do. Kind regards Xylos
