I have 5 kanto pokemon that shouldnt be in my party and game won't let me put them in pc. Help

Im sorry for this inconvenience.
This is a bug which may occur when you merge your account while you havent finished your current region. However, I moved your Kanto Pokémon in your pc box.
I will lock this topic now as the issue is solved. Have fun in Johto! :)

I had followed legendary quest guide by staff
When its reach scientist , he is give me the dog bell , but i dont have celebi yet

firstly, you dont have to do the whole Celebi quest in order to catch a legendary Dog. It is enough to have the three seen data of the legendary dogs, like you already have.
At this point you can go for your dog and try to catch it (I see you already have suicune caught) and also can continue the Celebi quest, but for the Celebi quest you need all possible caught data of the Kanto/Johto dex and at least 121 evolutiones, which you havent.
So, everything is intendet how it is in your case.
A very quick overview:
Legendary dogs quest and Celebi quest:
1. Get the Gs Ball
2. Get the seen data of All Dogs and Ho oh and Lugia
Celebi quest:
3. Get the other requirements (Caught data and evolutiones)
4. Go back to Ray and recive the GS ball (!)
5. Go to Ilex forest get Celebis seen data
6. Interact with the shrine and catch Celbi
Legendary Dogs quest:
3. Go to Scientist Rey and ask for a bell
4. Defeat the proper guardian and hope for a legendary encounter

I'm having an issue in viridian city, where I am supposed to fight Jackson, but whenever I walk up to him, all he says is "Don't you EVER come near me again!". I've talked to his mom, and my character's mom, and yes, I have battled him in pallet. Thanks in advance.

From the updated boss guide 6/21/18 Entei Guardian requirements are as follows: All Kanto and Johto pokemon owned, 750 hours playtime
I don't fulfill those prerequisite but was able to enter the cave and battle with Entei Guardian

The Boss guide thread is currently unfortunately not 100% up to date, this infracts mostly boss requirements and newer bosses which arent implemented yet. The new hour requirement is 450+ hours for the guardians.

in case you are talking about the items in your bottom left bar, you can use them as they are shortcutted by clicking the proper key or by a left mouse click on the choosen item icon. However, when you have shortcuts, it does not automatily mean that you carry this item with you at the moment. Make sure to take a look at your bag and look if you really carry those items with you.

So I've recently come back to play PRO and saw about having to merge the accounts due to new servers. Basically what happened was after I merged my account my progress on the map was reset entirely but I still kept my Pokemon of course. I go through the beginning but I'm trapped in Pallet Town because the Eevee that's needed to trigger the cutscene is gone. I guess what I'm getting at is that it reset my progress without resetting the map I feel. Could I possibly just have my progress reset entirely or something to fix this? All my other friends play on Silver Server and would hate to lose this account and make a new one because of this.

Im sorry for this inconvenience.
Your story progress was resetted because you havent choosen your main server with ingame progress while merging. This is intended in case this is what you tried to do. The Eevee issue can be fixed and you would be able to continue the game with everything you own but have to pass through the story again.
In case you never wanted this reset of your story progress and wish to continue on your old profile, this can be done, even when you was warned to check again if you have choosen the right profile. In this case you can continue where you have stopped before leaving PRO.
A complete reset of your account is not possible but you can create a new one aslong you are still in touch with our rules:
2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. You may only have one account per email.Let me know which way you prefer.

I started the psyduck quest by talking to the one near bills house but when I go to verm or celedon to find the other 2 they aren't there and I did click the one in Vermillion before I talked to the one in cerulean that might have made it bug

I'm at a Poke Center. I may have deleted Pokemon, however, I'm not certain. As for current progress, I've not played in quite a while. I know that I'm in Hoenn and these are the gyms I have defeated.

These are the pokes. If these are Pokemon from other regions, am I right in assuming that the Pokemon which made up my previous party were placed into my PC?

Usually this is not the case. I will remove them all, please let me know when you are located in a Poké Center, otherwise you will kocked out and lose money when you try to walk.
Could you additionally tell me your current progress in your current region and if you have deleted any Pokémon?

Description and Message
I use Snorlax with Amnesia to fight him. Mewtwo need to hit my Snorlax for 3 times to kill (without Amnesia). I use Amnesia in turn 1, and it should make the SpDef doubled. It it works so, the aura sphere should make my Snorlax able to hold 7 hit, but it actually only hold 3 hit, no change.
Does it's intended? or not coded properly?

it is intended in such a way that Metwo has the ability Unaware which ignores any stat changes caused in battle aslong the Pokémon with this ability is in fight.
If you have problems to beat this Mewtwo, it is weak to Ground, Ghost, Fire and Dark moves, espescially the move Sucker Punch may be usefull as it is a priority move and will hit first against Mewtwo. Also a proven method is to catch a Magnemite with Sturdy as Ability and teach it Thunder Wave, Mewtwo cant beat it with one move because of the Ability and you can paralyze it which makes it much slower, then your other Pokémon should be faster and can finnish it.

The "Voice" is part of a side quest you can solve, when you continue to walk on Route 25 you will see some Psyduck´s which you should talk with in case you want to start this side quest.
You can also take a look at this quest walkthrough regarding this quest located at our Game Guide section.

I'm having some problems interacting with the pokemon in my party. To be specific, I can't arrange their order in my party, nor can I move them into my PC. All of the current pokemon in my party are experiencing this.

Im sorry for this inconvenience.
This is a bug which can occur when you merge your account while you havent finished your current region as the Pokémon will be set random in your party and causing a problem when you now carry Pokémon from a other region with you. I can move this Pokémon back in your pc box, for that please name me those Pokémon which you can not move and are from a other region. :)
