Just as a note: There are no plans for a new region neither for legendarys with base stats of 601+

But if there would be a new region we could vote, I´d take Unova.

i was at safari zone and caught a kangashkan but the client bugged and i got dc and now the pokemon is nowhere to be found!plus i got kicked out of safari zone :/

Unfotunately it is not possible to refund any lost items, Pokémon, cooldowns or game progress at all.

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)
Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

We are sorry for that but there is really nothing we can do in your case.

Cant connect on pc and android HELP :(((((

Same problem here, I play on the pc and I'm stuck on "connecting to server". I do realise that this problem has been issued and there was an announcement that the servers were back up and running but I (pc user) still can't connect.

its says the server is up but its still telling me I cant connect to server

having the same issues on both Mac and android

When I click on the silver server it is written to server and does not opens neither on Android nor pc

The PRO server are kinda instable right now and we also had some maintenances which required a locked server. Sorry for that but that was needed to update the game.

Since you you mentioned some very frequent crashes, if you know they are not caused by the servers, take a look at our general issue guide which usually helps for crashes not caused by the server:

It should be pretty apparent why this deserves a complaint. We have a pokemon here based off a wild buck with normal typing and serene grace as a hidden ability, yet it can't learn headbutt. Of all the pokemon in the game you would expect to be able to headbutt, this should be pretty high up there, right? I was wondering why you never see anyone run a sawsbuck in their team, and now I know. Could the game be tweaked so this pokemon which clearly is able to headbutt, is able to actually learn headbutt?

Would like to hear some thoughts from the devs on this, because I'm really baffled here. Cheers.

Yes, the servers have beeing crashing. But why if I enter to the Safari Zone and pay my last $5000 to get in 20min.. after some random crash from the server I reconnect immediately(15sec) and appeared out from Safari Zone and WITHOUT MY CASH? Im new in this game and already put money on it. I was havng fun, even with some rollebacks.. but take my time and my last $5000 kill the game for me. Its so sad.

We are sorry for that. Like mentioned, crashes can happen any time and there is nothing we can do in such a case. All you could do is to wait a bit and check it the server are really stable in a time after a crash/maintenance.

So i just log on and every time i start a fight a against a wild Pokémon the game crashes.

Device : Lenovo Tb2-X30f
Android version : 6.0.1
App : Latest
Server : gold

Hi guys, just wanted to give you some feedback regarding the latest version of the app.

Title is self explanatory. App started crashing a few seconds after entering battle random encounter and trainers.

unfortunately it is not possible to turn off your Membership neither is is possible to stop the effect of it. Im sorry for that. :(

Here a small overview of all features of a Membership to avoid more missunderstanding in future:

Bonus 50% EXP.
Double Money Gained.
Access to Members Only Areas.
Early Access to various Pokemon.
Access to unique Members Only Clothes, Hats and Mounts (From various Quests and NPC Shops ingame).

Your account data is not really lost, you can easily "restore" your account by merging it.

To know what exatly the server merge is and why it has be done, take a look at our Merge FAQ.

Make sure to select the right main server! :) (Red in your case)

It is possible to have another chance for Genesect, but for that you have to beat Boss Nikola who´s located at Unknown Place near to Trainers Valley.

After you have won against Nikola, you have another chance to get Genesect by repeating it´s quest - catching a 150+ IV bug at the bug catching contest.

Good evening, I recently found out that Yanmega cannot learn hypnosis. When I talk to the NPC in Lavender B12, she tells me it cannot learn that move. However, it should be able to learn it in SM gen (I confirmed on Smogon). I believe this is a bug, and it was probably forgotten in the last gen update. The NPC works fine otherwise so I posted in General Bugs. I have also spoke to the moderator Hercules who sent me here and said he would flag the developers about it. Please let me know if you need anything from me, thanks!

basicly Yanmega can not learn Hypnosis, only Yanma, the pre evolution can and I assume that is the reason why smogon says Yanmega can learn it as well. Anyway, you still have the chance to teach Hypnosis to Yanmega due the Pre-evolution tutor located in any daycare. ^^
