Especially step 3 may be important for you: Make also sure to have deleted all previous PRO versiones and check if you really downloaded the Android version of PRO at our Download page.   4. Hey and welcome to this guide! This guide contains all obtainable items in PRO (and a few more), their location, their effect and simply information if the item works. The thread is supposed to be helpful when you are searching for a specific item and don't know where to find it. The items are listed in alphabetical order, just open the spoiler with the opening latter of your searched item and look for it, you can additionally use CTRL+F for a faster search. You won't find any TMs or HMs here as there is a TM/HM and Move Tutor Guide for them. Also customization items are not included here. All underlined words are links, they will send you most usually to some guides since the locations of the items are mentioned here but not the exact way to get them. A-Z The guide is not fully complete!!! Its almost impossible to add all locations to obtain a particular item, but you can help with that!   7. Hey @LucyWooWoo, there is currently no way to enter this aeria. There may be a way to enter in future but there is no ETA for that. Your account is not bugged, that your account never got the 40 coins has nothing to do with your account and you are not the only person who didnt received the coins. Right now I have no exact information about the refund of this coins and if its even possible to refund those, Im sorry. About the the Boss Erika issue, are you sure you beat her 3 times in a row? Only then it is possible to choose a third time reward. In case you lose, your counter will be reseted and you have to start from zero. Kind regards Xylos.

Hey @JoanAlbert, unfortunately there is no way to go back to Kanto without having the 8th badge of Johto, we also cant reset your game pogress but you can always create another account and start from the very beginning. Im not sure if that helps in your case but this is the only way. You can check the server status right here. Please stay patient in case of a server crash. In case you can not connect to the server and the server is online check out this thread and try to fix your issue, if you still can´t connect to the server feel free to create a support topic.   21. Hey @99Shot, you can meet Suicune on different spots but to get the Dex-entry you have to beat the Suicune located at Tohjo Falls (Hm Waterfall is needed to reach it). Have you fought against this Suicune? Regards Xylos
