You still have to go on the dashboard, you can choose there a option to keep the accounts seperate but for that you have to change the name of one. For a maybe better explanation take a look at our FAQ. However the Dashboard is currently down (again). Im sorry for this inconvenience, please stay patient for a bit more. :) Kind regards Xylos

invalid username or password = Not merged correctly (Maybe you have merged only one account? You can also try a other e-mail on one account in case you have merged both accounts) Server locked = Staff is working on it, noone can enter. Please stay patient for a while.

Okay, lets do it again (Sorry), step for step. This is just to avoid any possible missunderstanding. You two have a problem to merge your account on the Dashboard, and you get your error there not ingame ot at the downloaded client, right? (Please quote me by replying.) Regards Xylos

Make sure you loged into the right server, Yellow is Gold now and Blue + Red are Silver now. The server are under a small maintenance at the time I reply you, please stay patient and check it. Regards Xylos

Hey, First of all, you may know it already, we have done a server merge, the Yellow server is named Gold now and Blue + Red (wich are one now) is named Silver. Regarding this merge you have to merge your accounts as well, for that take a look at our merge FAQ, there is also explained how to merge. This also fixes the Invalid Username or Password issue. In case you want able to merge, no matter which reason, try it again. It should be possible again. Regards Xylos

Hello guys, since Im replying on many questiones on the same time, please take some time and read everything even if you know the things already and follow the steps (again). First of all: We have done a server merge, the Yellow server is named Gold now and Blue + Red (wich are one now) is named Silver. Regarding this merge you have to merge your accounts as well, for that take a look at our merge FAQ, there is also explained how to merge. This also fixes the Invalid Username or Password issue. In case you want able to merge, no matter which reason, try it again. It should be possible again. I will lock this topic now. All information and how to merge at all, please take a look at our merge FAQ. When you cant merge yet, try it again in 10 minutes.
