  1. Dude, you have posted 6 times in 8 hours, that is far too much. ALL staff are volunteers, that means that we may not reply as quickly as you like as we do this in our free time so please be patient. You may bump your post ONCE every 24 hours, anything more than that is just spam and not needed. Also please create your own posts and not revive dead posts from over a year ago if you have any problems. I have checked and it wasn't a loan you did but a full trade. What you need to do is to create a post in the report center subforum and select your server, you need to provide evidence to prove that it was meant to be a loan you did and a trade moderator will handle the case. Hi dude, I am not quite sure what your problem is but it also looks like a trade issue. Please make a post in report center stating the problem and providing any evidence you have. I am now going to lock this thread as people shouldn't have been able to post here in the first place.
  2. Hi dude, I have unmerged the account for you. When you do the merge you need to choose red as your main server to get the bike on silver. If you have any other problems let me know and I will do my best to help.
  3. Hi dude, if it is a hardware issue than I can't help much with that. From what I've seen in the screenshots there shouldn't be anything there stopping you playing pro and the fact that the other suggestions haven't worked does point towards a hardware issue. I'm going to speak with some of the other staff and get their opinions just in case I have missed something and we can help.
  4. Hi, unfortunately, you cannot change your server at the current time. Every so often the Admins will open a name change/account reset/server transfer service but we do not have one running right now. There is no set time when we run this so there is no estimate on when it will happen again. You can keep an eye on the announcements channel on the pro official discord as it will be advertised there when it is next running. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements on the name change, account reset & server transfer forum post.   5. Hi Wofelita, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with this. When you merge accounts you get all the pokemon, items (not including special items like bike), money and coins from both servers but the game progress including special items like bike you will only get from the server you picked as your main. As you do not have the bike on silver and blue but you did on red server (of which I can clearly see upon looking) I can only assume that you accidentally selected blue as your main server when you merged them. There is a way to fix this. You can either continue playing as you have been, I see you've become Kanto champ so I assume you've been playing but you will not have the bike and will need to do the quest to get it again. The second option is that I can unmerge your account and you can then merge it again and select red as your main server so that you are able to get the bike, the downside to this is that you will lose the progress you've made on silver since the merge. Please also be aware that we can only do a unmerge for accounts that haven't done any trades on silver server (of which you are one) and if you do make a trade before the unmerge is done then it will not happen. The choice is up to you dude. Please let me know which you would like to do and if you choose the unmerge I will make it happen (as long as the no trade requirement is kept to).

  7. Hi dude, sorry you had a run of bad luck but that is all it was, bad luck. Making a new account will change nothing. RNG is random number generator, which means it is random and luck based. It is the same for all accounts so changing account will not increase your luck. We all have runs of bad luck, it took me 3 bms and 9 days to get a epic modest eevee from safari and after hunting tangela for 3 days with bms I only got 2 hp ice ones and 1 hp fire and all three were very poor ivs. I hope you get lucky soon dude but there isn't anything you can do to improve your luck.
  8. Hi dude, are all your drives up to date as not having updated drives can cause issues with the game. Also what anti-virus do you have? I know you said you have it off as you play other games but even when off some anti-virus can cause problems with the game, I personally have had problems with playing pro when I had AVG even when I had it switched off that didn't go away until I changed my anti-virus.

  10. Hi MCUuni, I've had the look and the other posters are correct. As the pokemon in question (I'm guess the Salamence) was caught in Hoenn it will be locked in your PC until you reach the Hoenn region. You will be able to use it during the story in Hoenn region so you do not have to complete the region before getting it but you will need to finish both Kanto and Johto before being able to use the Salamence. If you have anymore questions, please feel free to ask.
  11. Hi dude, sorry for the late reply, I've been busy today. PokeOne is not owned by the same team, it is a different game created by a different team so if you are having trouble playing that game too it could be a hardware issue. Do you have problems playing any other game?
  12. It happens dude. If you are in a guild I'd suggest asking a guild mate who has unlocked day care to take the Clefable to do it for you or someone else you know and trust. If you are not in one then there are quite a few helpful guilds out there. Another option is to ask on in game chat if there's anyone willing to do it for you but there are risks involved with doing it this way as well as most likely having to pay someone for the service.   13. Hi Pichilote3, unfortunately we cannot reverse evolutions. However your Clefable can learn the Clafairy moves. At the rear room of the day care buildings is a pre-evo tutor. For 10k per move he can teach moves to Pokemon that their previous forms learn. You need to have the day care building unlocked which can be done by battling and beating Naero boss. You only need to beat him once to unlock it so if you've done it previously you're all set. If there are any other questions I can help you with I'll be happy to answer them.

Hi Roadtoking, you can reset the password for accounts if you've forgotten them. you go to Pro home page and go to log in at the top right hand side (circled below) and select forgot your password (underlined below) It will send an email to the emaill address linked to the account a link which will let you change the password. If you have any difficulty please let me know and I will try to help some more.
  16. To run in compatibility mode on window 7 you need to: 1. Right click on the pro client or shortcut and click properties from the menu. 2. Click on the compatibilities tab. 3. Click on the "run this program in compatibility mode" tick box. 4. Click the drop down menu and select windows XP. 5. Click on the "run as administrator" tick box. 6. Click OK to accept the changes and run the client. If this doesn't work please let me know and we'll continue to try other ways to get the game running for you.
  17. Can you provide me with some more information before I try to help you solve this issue: Have you played pro on this PC before? Does the game not load up at all, as in cannot access the log in screen? Does it go onto the log in screen but will not let you log in, if so can you tell me what it says when you try to log in? Have you tried running the game with your firewall disabled? Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode? Answering these questions will make it easier for me to help you resolve this issue.
  18. Hi Domonoco, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Can your computer run the 64 bit client, have you managed to play it on this computer? I notice you said that your flash player is 32 bit, have you tried running the 32 bit pro client?

  20. Hi SnivyX, sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Pokemon Revolution Online doesnt have any virus' but some antivirus detect it as trojan, there is a simple method for playing PRO when you anti-virus flags it as a trojan: Disable your Firewall and Antivirus. Download PRO again. Add the entire folder to exceptions in your Firewall and Antivirus. With this done you should be able to play PRO again. If after following the above procedure you are still having trouble please let me know and I will continue to help you to the best of my ability.

  22. Hi Sansan, sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. I tried to replicate the problem you had and found that if you submit your username more than once it will cause all but the final token to be expired. Please delete all emails you've received regarding changing you password and then try one more time and only click once and it should work. I am unsure if this is what you did but it's the only way I got an expired token other than actually using it. Once you've tried that if you still receive an expired token please let me know and I will continue to try and help you.

  24. Hi dude, while the trade logs show that they are returned I've looked into the pokemon and they are indeed still on the other person's account. I have passed this to the developers for them to transfer them back to you account. I will let you know when it is done.
