The black ms increases the chance of a pokemon having hidden ability from 5% to 25% so it isn't guaranteed that the pokemon encountered will have it. Yes, if the move is listed in the pokedex then it can learn that move from a move relearner. The moves listed as level 1 for evolved pokemon can only be learned via move relearner.

Yes, in the picture below you will see there is a little pokeball by the pokemon, this means that pokemon is owned. You need that for all Kanto and Johto pokemon except for the legendaries in order to be able to continue the Celebi quest.

Have you got the owned data for all the kanto and johto pokemon except legendaries? It is not enough to have just seen them, you need the caught data for all the ones that can be caught.

As previously stated by other members, the red pokemon are pokemon that were caught during the halloween event and the green pokemon are the christmas pokemon. They are rare to find because they are special event pokemon. As your query has been answered I will lock this thread. Good luck finding xmas pokemon if you go looking.

Did you beat the Grinch leader? If so than this is normal, the cave is closed off by the police once the Grinch leader has been beaten. You need to speak to Whoville Mayor and Santa to claim your prizes if you've beaten the Grinch leader as you will have finished the story aspect of the Christmas event.

Hi Haxxy, items such as mounts and clothes can be traded between accounts but unfortunately they cannot be traded between servers as each server is seperate from the others. So you would not be able to trade from your old account on red to your new one on blue. If your new account was on red like the old one than there would be no problem with trading but as it is there is nothing we can do about this I'm afraid.

As Djang said, you cannot do that. Once caught you cannot go to Nikola to rebattle, Nikola is only there for if you do not catch the legendary. If you delete a legendary you caught then it is lost. It can be reclaimed by posting in the restore pokemon megathread but that will return the pokemon to you how you had it before deleting it. Also be warned that is for accidental deletions and if it keeps happening it won't be returned. While unfortunately it is impossible to rebattle a legendary once caught you do not have to settle for a bad legendary. There is an IV and nature reroll for legendary pokemon in Vermillion city. Psychic Marina will reroll your legendary pokemon’s nature or IVs. This service is not cheap though and you cannot try for a resync. It costs 150 PvP coins or one reroll ticket to use and the new nature is randomly chosen so please be sure before using it as you could end up with a worse nature. Reroll tickets can be won from the slots at Goldenrod game corner, they are also sometimes rewards in events. The reroll ticket will allow you to change either the nature or IVs of a legendary pokemon once.
