  1. Hi Shiny11, option 4 is for exchanging coin fragments into coins. You have 0 fragments that's why you can't use it. The 11 you have is for coins. Coins are used in slots to play whereas 5 coin fragments make a coin. Can you provide a screenshot of option 2 please.

  3. Hi Ziro97, I'm sorry but without the username or email address there isn't a lot we can do. When I searched Ziro there were quite a few names that popped up so without specifics it is almost impossible to find if any of the accounts are linked to you. If there is anything you can remember from the account that can be helpful in identifying it then please let me know but as it is at the moment there is nothing we can do to identify your old account.
  4. Hi Shiny11, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, I can see that the coin fragments have been fixed but that the reward points haven't. I shall ask a member of the content team to redo it and hopefully get it fixed for you.
  5. Hi Shiny11, I've spoken with one of the content team and they've told me that the issue has been fixed. You should be able to see how many reward points and coin fragments you have now. Please let me know if this is not the case.
  6. Hi Shiny11, the coins and reward points are different. You use the coins in the slot machines and every time you use a coin you win an item and get reward points, you can then speak to the receptionist to redeem the reward points. I do see a bug on there as even if you have 0 points it should show you the points you have as well as the coin fragments, yours does not seem to do this. I will pass this on to a member of the content team to look into and ask that you stay away from the game corner for the time being until they've looked into this for you.

  9. I can see on your variables that you've been to the ss anne but that you haven't done the quest there. The easiest option I can think of would be to teleport you back to the ship but you'd need to be in game to do that, can you get on within the next 20 minutes?
  10. Hi Marcolao, first off welcome to the game. There are a lot of resources available to help people in the game, unfortunately the majority of them are in English. The guide's that will be most help in my opinion for players who have just started are: Kanto walkthrough - Gives a step by step guide of the first region Item guide - Tells you all the items available in pro and where you find them. Pro general info - Probably the most important one here, gives general information about the game including how it's different from the official games. Pro wiki - The wikipedia site for PRO, there is a lot of useful information on there and is always being worked on to keep information up to date. A few basic bits of advice: If you are about to lose a battle and have all your pokemon knocked out, log out of the game. If you log out during a battle it will return you to the last pokecenter you visited but you will not lose 5% of your money like you would if you blacked out. If you started with Pikachu or Charmander then catch a Nidoran on route 22. It will learn double kick at level 9 and make the first gym a lot easier to beat. Charmander will also learn dragon rage at level 16 if you do not evolve it that is very helpful too. Do the officer Jenny quests in each city, they are not hard to complete but give a nice amount of money as rewards that is very helpful to have early on. Bill's book is hidden under his pillow. A pokemon with dig (geodude, sandshrew) is very handy to have while doing the story as you pass many dig spots. The types for the gyms are: Gym 1 - rock, gym 2 - water, gym 3 - electric, gym 4 - grass, gym 5 - poison (has psychic pokes in it too), gym 6 - psychic, gym 7 - fire, gym 8 - psychic/steel. Plan accordingly. You can trade once you have the 4th gym badge. For the gyms you can find pokemon they are weak to before the gym to make it easier to battle: Gym 1: Nidoran - route 22 morning/day, Budew - viridian forest morning/day Gym 2: Pikachu - viridian forest - all day, Bellsprout - route 25 all day, Oddish - route 25 all day Gym 3: Geodude - Mt. moon (all floors) - all day, Sandshrew - route 3 all day Gym 4: Growlithe - route 8 all day (a free growlithe can be found on this route too), Vulpix - route 7 & 8 all day, Houndour - route 7 morning/night Gym 5: Abra - route 7 & 8 all day (use a diglett with arena trap to stop it teleporting away) Gym 6: Houndour - route 7 morning/night, Murkrow - route 7 night Gym 7: Any water pokemon from the areas surrounding the island Gym 8:Any of the fire/ground/dark pokemon previously mentioned, a Magnemite with sturdy ability - powerplant all day Not all the pokemon mentioned above are needed as usually if you've not rushed or missed areas you're usually at the right level for gyms and should be able to handle them with little difficulty. But if you do find yourself stuck on a certain gym, the mentioned pokemon can help.

  12. Happiness evo do not require levelling up. You just need to win a battle that the pokemon has taken part in for it to evolve when it has max happiness.

  18. Hi Hyunkiel, I'm sorry to say but in this case we cannot recover your pokemon. We can only recover pokemon if accidentially deleted, we cannot recover them when they are traded to a NPC. The only thing I can say is to please be careful in the future. You have to select yes twice as well as picking which pokemon you want to trade before the trade happens, I'd suggest opening the pokemons info card before accepting the trade in the future to ensure that it is actually the pokemon you want to trade. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help to you dude.

  20. Hi SweetArya, with happiness evolutions the pokemon's happiness needs to be maximum (255), once it is at that happiness level it will evolve by you winning a battle the pokemon has participated in and not by level up. Good luck with finishing off building the happiness and evolving it.
  21. Hi srk007, In game screenshots are good, the more you have the better your case will be. It is easy to tell if you've been messaging someone in game and they've been ignoring you or if they've not been on if you show both the PM and game chat. Screenshots from agreements made in game are better than from discord. If you feel this person has scammed you if that they've broken a deal previously made then by all means post in report center to report the player and a member of staff will look into it. If you've got proof that he refused to pay you for the service you performed then put it in the report. He should've had the money on hand when making the agreement with you as daycare can take as little as 30 minutes to perform for EVs. Do not sell his pokemon, doing that could get you reported. It is up to you if you want to report but if you do you will need to provide as much detail and evidence as you can.
  22. Hi sahilalisahilal, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. If you are able to see a "logging in" prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place you in a temporary ghost queue. Afterwards, you will be placed into the server at a later time without seeing the queue box. It happens when many people attempt to log in at once, usually happens when a server comes back online after a maintenance. Try restarting your client and try again, it can take up to 3-5 times for the queue to be shown. Usually doing the above will fix it but it doesn't always work depending on what the issue is. If after trying the above you still cannot log in can you answer these questions please. Have you tried logging on from a different device or a different internet connection? Are you using any VPNs to play the game? How long have you been experiencing the problem? Have you been able to log in from this device in the past?

  24. Hi Hayme, like Alixx7 said we do have a deleveling service on the link he provided but we will only delevel a pokemon so that it can be evolved. With regards to de-evolving a pokemon I'm sorry but that is not something we can do, we cannot turn a pokemon back to its pre-evolved form, I wish we could, I have a dusknoir that makes a better dusclops that I accidentially evolved and can't turn back. I'm sorry we cannot help in this instance.
  25. You're welcome dude. Yeah if you have 2 sketch already than move relearner will not let you learn it until you've used them. The only way to have multiple sketch is via level up. As your query has been answered I will now lock the thread, good luck with the Smeargle.
