If you sent a message via contact us then I'm not surprised if you didn't get a response. Support inqueries like this are handled on the forum. As far as I'm aware the contact us goes to the developers (not 100% sure on that though), all I know is the staff (like me) who handle to support inqueries do not have access to messages sent via contact us. As to why you don't have anything on your account, a little while ago we had a clean out of old "dead" accounts. Anyone with very low hours and who hadn't played in a long time got hit by this in order to clear up room on the database. According to our logs it was yellow (now gold) that you played on, the last time you logged in was July 2nd 2019 and the time before that was October 3rd 2017 (that was also the date the account was made). If that was the case than you most likely fell into that category as you didn't have a lot of hours and did not play for a long time. Can you confirm for me the hours you had on the account (if you can remember - doesn't have to be exact) and if you played any time other than the day you made the account? I will speak to some of the management team to see if there is anything we can do as well.

Hi khenhihu, this subforum is for general support with regards to problem resolution and not for general chat topics or requesting help with building a team. May I suggest pvp or general game talk subforums to post in with requests such as what you have. You're more likely to get a helpful response in one of those subforums for something like this. I will lock this thread as it isn't a support query. I hope you can find the information you seek in those other channels dude. -

Hi dude. First I must say you do a LOT of trading, both normal and loaning, it took quite a while to look through it all and I only went back the last 2 weeks, please keep track of what pokemon you have on loan and when they are due to return. Also I cannot see how long you have loaned pokemon out for so cannot tell you for how many days the loans were for. The Garchomp got returned to you today and Nidoking is out on loan to Dante03. On Choasknigth you have out on loan: Mamoswine id: 28155559 on loan to Icacherazo from 31st July Aerodactyl id: 20757543 on loan to Brandonlee1 from 23rd July On Bristelback you have out on loan: Goodra id: 26826282 & Lucario id: 26826289 on loan to Xmonts from 1st August Ferrothorn id: 11017206, Ludicolo id: 25158233, Nidoking id: 18004199, Scizor id: 25411197 & Pelipper id: 21529916 on loan to Dante03 from 31st July Hope this information helps you dude. -

Don't change it in your settings. The websitre link https://pokemonrevolution.net/forgot-password is the best one to use to change your password. It is more than likely the @ that is causing you the problems. Please change your password again using just a to z and 0 to 9 and let me know if it doesn't work. -
My Mewtwo just disappeared without battling

Hi Blitz96, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. I've checked the variables on your account and you triggered the cooldown for mewtwo. Luckily mewtwo is a miniboss and therefore respawns 3 days after battling it so you just need to wait 2 more days to be able to redo the battle. I know it's a pain and I'm sorry it bugged out like that. If the mewtwo hasn't respawned in 2 days as it should please let me know and I will ask one of the content staff to fix it for you. -

Hi Dragonite999, when you changed your password did you just select an alphanumerical password? (Character from a to z and from 0 to 9) If you put something like ! - _ # ? etc into your password, you won't be able to log in the game Also where did you reset your password, did you reset it via the website here or the forum (in your settings)? -

Hi dragonite999, I am sorry for the inconvenience you've had with this issue. The no patch is available means that you have the latest version of the client so there is nothing wrong with that. As for the issue with invalid login details, are you using a vpn to play because vpns can cause problems with logging onto the game? -

Hi Sylv, sorry for the late reply. Everything gets reset except the username and playtime. So when you reset your account your playtime will remain what it currently is. -
Hi Vash, I do not know where you opened the ticket and explained what happened, all that I can see that you've posted on this forum is this thread so can you explain it to me please and I will try my best to help you. You've lost all progress you had in game, what server was it you were playing on? How far along the story were you? How many hours did you have? When was the last time you logged one before you saw everything missing?

Hi supperdogg. It seems the email address you changed tokudasenpai to already has an account linked to it. Can you change the email address to something else, one that isn't linked to another account.

The service we offer are listed in evolution and deleveling request megathread and it stats I'm sorry dude, it is unfortunate but it isn't a case that we don't want to help you but that we literally cannot de-evolve a pokemon.
