A pokemon with Synchronise Ability has a 50% chance of making the opposing wild pokemon have the same Nature as it. So it just means you've been quite unlucky with Syncs. Good luck however in your future hunting.

Up to Gen 7 movesets however some Abilities and Moves are not coded which can be seen here. Also the Battle UI is going to be recoded sometime soon, so the majortiy of moves and abilites will work properly then.

Due to Smeargle being able to learn Sketch at numerous levels, the tutor was removed. To teach Smeargle a move efficiently it is advised to fight a friend in a Battle and Sketch the move you want Smeargle to learn. If the there are no friends that play this game, you could always ask a user to help you in Help Chat in game. Furthermore: ▪︎Note that Smeargle can only have Sketch once in its move Slot. ▪︎If you wish to teach it Sketch after you have used it up speak to the move relearner. Place the folder of your client into your documents or downloads, not directly into the disk (so, not directly into your desktop) Add an exception to PRO into your antivirus and firewall and try to run the game with administrators powerThe solution is listed above^Anyone else facing the problem should fo the following 1. Create a shortcut to the PRO exe and name it what ever you wish. 2. Next, right click your shortcut and goto properties, when you get there you will find a textbox that says "Target" and then the location of the PRO exe you created a shortcut for. What you will want to do is after the end of it, type -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl. *Add a space between the .exe and -force 3. Hit Apply, and then run the shortcut you created. It actually isn't a bug, the Pokemon can learn the move Via TM. However that NPC is a TM tutor these are 2 diffrent things. You need the actual TM work up to teach Hawlucha the Move. I do not think the TM is ingame yet but do give the Staff time to add them all in.It has now moved to the Cliff Edge Gate Along with this change, The Heal Bell tutor has been moved to Ecruteak City from the Bell Tower 7th floor

Where some ISPs cannot connect, you must connect to a VPN to overcome this issue https://windscribe.com/ Also regarding the compensations, that isn't my place to answer. However do give staff time as the issue isn't actually their fault, Rather the providers issue.Also if you're an Android user, you can find a way around this issue by using Mobile Data, That is if you have enough of course. PRO doesn't use much Data anyways so it would be ok.
