Imo i think this will be really beneficial when the new region comes out i think the current state of the meta is fine i cant think of any mon i would personally ban but i would love to hear other opinons on this ofcourse :D

There is no specific pokemon for completing the sinnoh dex but as Contrary said 300 evos will get you latios or latias also you can check this for all avaliable legendarys https://prowiki.info/index.php?title=Legendary_Pokémon

i know what you meant but he said you wont be transfered until the lend is over so even though you put the request in you still wont be transfered until after they've came back

Okay, So say you're hunting for example Froakie (there is no repel trick for froakie) and in the area its in, Its level 25 and everything elsein the area is level 24 you can put a level 25 first in your party and use a repel and how it works is the repel will only repel weaker pokemon so you wont find any of the level 24's and you will only find the level 25 froakie hope this helps :) and just remember not every pokemon has a "repel trick" you can check using the discord bot in the pokemon revolution discord using the command ^repel and the name of the pokemon you want to hunt

What i gatherered from what he said is that they wont be able to transfer you until the lend has expired so if you want to be transfered you'll need to either contract your friend and receive you pokes back or you're going to need to wait until the lend has expired :) So you wont be transfered with your pokes stuck on the other server
