Unfortunately, I can't recover your money as we can't do anything regarding purchases from NPCs in-game since there is no way we can verify your purchase from the NPC. However, this feature may be implemented in the future. Although despite this loss, you can attempt to make your money back through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want. Hello there! First of all, please try disabling full-screen optimizations of the game. First, right click the application, then click properties. Afterwards, select compatibility then tick the box that says 'Disable full screen optimizations', click okay and finally, click apply. Hi there. Unfortunately releasing the legendary will not give you another try at the legendary. Nevertheless, we can always recover the pokemon for you if you so wish. Unfortunately, you'll have to resort to IV and Nature rerolls if you have undesired stats on your legendary pokemon. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hi there. Open Control Panel > Language. Select your default language. If you have multiple languages enabled, move another language to the top of the list, to make it the primary language – and then again move your existing preferred language back to the top of the list. This will reset the keyboard. Alternatively, If you have a single language, add another language. Make the new language, the Primary language by moving it to the top of the list. Once you have done this, now move the old language back to the top of the list to make it the primary language again. This will reset the keyboard layout to default.

Hi there. It seems as if you require the caught data of Lileep in your pokedex. In order to obtain this, you'll have to either revive your fossil and turn in another one, or you can simply ask another player to trade it to you. You'll have a pokeball next to the pokemon in your pokedex once you've obtained the caught data of it. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

This guide will help you know if the item is in PRO or not. It'll also tell you where to get said item and its description. You can also use the Reborn bot to obtain descriptions of items. Hi there. It is also good to note that with the 24h pass, the cost of the EV training area is lowered to 2k from 10k. You can access the EV training area when you have a 24h pass with the EV Training Area Helpdesk in the Safari stop. Don't walk up to the Guards at the very end. You can talk to the EV training NPC on the side.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. In order to teach your pokemon Spore, please learn 'Stun Spore' first then afterwards, head to the relearner again and you should now be able to relearn Spore. Hi there. Hidden power can be calculated using the Reborn bot as well. You can simply do ^hp and attach a screenshot of your pokemon's pokemon information card to calculate its hidden power. Alternatively, you can also talk to Psychics in majority of pokecenters. You simply have to present your pokemon to him and he'll be able to tell you its hidden power! Next, for the EV reducing berries, they go as follows. - Pomeg Berries lower the HP-EVs by 10 and raise the Happiness by 2 - Kelpsy Berries lower the ATK-EVs by 10 and raise the Happiness by 2 - Qualot Berries lower the DEF-EVs by 10 and raise the Happiness by 2 - Hondew Berries lower the SpATK-EVs by 10 and raise the Happiness by 2 - Grepa Berries lower the SpDEF-EVs by 10 and raise the Happiness by 2 - Tamato Berries lower the SPD-EVs by 10 and raise the Happiness by 2 You can obtain these through the Berry stores, berry tower, and headbutting trees. Hi there. The easiest way to find pokemon that spawn in an area is by using the Reborn Bot. You may access the Reborn Bot in the PRO Official Discord or you may invite it to your own server. Once in the Official Discord, please do ^s <area/route/pokemon> in #bot-commands to get a list of where your desired pokemon spawns or what pokemon spawn in an area. Alternatively, you can also see where a pokemon spawns in your Pokedex after getting its seen data. As for leveling, it's usually good to keep your pokemon in the lowest/lower evolutions (Ex. Togepi instead of Togekiss) because they level up faster since they need less EXP to level up. You can also train in good leveling spots in Kanto like Seafoam Islands, Cinnabar Mansion, and Victory road. For further information on leveling, please feel free to check out the Leveling guide.
