  5. Hi there. Please take note that Pokemon only have a 5% chance to hold the held item they are said to hold. To make things easier for you, you can use a pokemon with Frisk or use the moves Covet/Thief when killing pokemon.

Afterwards, select compatibility then tick the box that says 'Disable full screen optimizations', click okay and finally, click apply.   13. Hi there. If it states that you need the latest version, you'll have to delete all your old PRO files and reinstall the new download. Please make sure you are not running your old Client.
  14. Hi there. You'll have to find a wild Mankey on Route 9, which have a 5% chance to hold the 'Unknown Hat' (Ash hat). To make things easier for you, you can try to use pokemon with the ability Frisk to tell you if the pokemon is holding the item. You can also use moves like Covet and Thief to steal the item off the pokemon. Don't forget your pokemon's item slot has to be empty for this. Please remember your hunt can go for a while without finding the hat. Due to this, I suggest you be patient. Also, feel free to check out the Ash Hat Guide if necessary.   18. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.
