  2. Hi there. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Please refer to this guide on how to install PRO on Windows.
  3. Hi there. You can change the resolution in your game options. Clicking it will allow you to change it. If it does not give you any further options, it's what your phone sees as optimal for your phone. Also, you can try to reinstall the game. However, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with regards to the Android client. This will cause you to crash each time you catch a pokemon. We are aware of this issue and as of now, we are actively trying to find a fix for this issue. However, we are unable to give you an ETA as to when this will be fixed. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.
  4. Hi there. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with regards to the Android client. This will cause you to crash each time you catch a pokemon. We are aware of this issue and as of now, we are actively trying to find a fix for this issue. However, we are unable to give you an ETA as to when this will be fixed.   5. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   7. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. As you've managed to figure out how to access your account, I'll now lock this thread.

  11. Hi there. For your item shop, it'll have to be placed in another sub-forum, so he was right in telling you that you had to remove it from your Pokemon shop. Nevertheless, you can simply remake the necessary shops as long as you only have one active thread per sub-forum.

    Simply log onto Silver with your username and password. If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Can you try the following on your PC? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
