  3. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Unfortunately you cannot reset your account as of now due to the topic being closed. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again.   6. Hi there. Can you please try to check your internet connection? Afterwards, restart your Router. If your internet connection remains to be unstable, be sure to contact your internet provider. Usually these errors are caused by your internet connection. Let me know if you're still encountering further issues.

Let me know if you're still having issues. * Completely close, and restart your game's client * Wait several minutes in loading map screen * Try logging on the other server if you can, then back on your main one * On the login screen, use F2 key and type clearmaps, hit Enter then restart your game's client.
  8. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  12. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. If it doesn’t say that you are banned on the dashboard, you can ask about the reason in your Appeal. With all that said, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a nice day!

  16. Hi there. Can you please try the following? Specifically, please try to update your drivers and your windows version as these are usually what cause Unity Errors. Let me know if you're still having issues. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

  18. Hi there. Unfortunately, you can't exchange your dog any longer if you've already caught it. During the quest, you had the chance to swap for another bell once by talking to Assistant Davis at the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F. For further information on the Legendary Dog Quest, please check out our Legendary Megathread. To answer your second question, not much is known about the Mysterious Island yet. The Mysterious Ticket is an item for future content of PRO which brings you to the Island. Currently, there isn't much known about it other than the teaser posted on our Official PRO Discord in the past. I can't give you an ETA when the use Mysterious Ticket will be released, but you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs or #announcements in our Discord for when it's added. Stay tuned until then! Anyways, I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Let me know if you need anything else.

  20. Hi there. I've checked your variables and it seems as if you've already defeated Nova. Please proceed to the National Park in Johto to battle Novi as she is the next NPC you must battle. You'll need to show her a Nidoking first, though. Her team is: Aerodactyl, Alakazam, Sylveon, Staraptor, Salamence, Vaporeon. For further help on Sinnoh, check out our Sinnoh Walkthrough.   23. HI there. Unfortunately, there isn't a destinated spawn for the pokemon Karrablast. Perhaps it can be added in the future, but for now there isn't a spawn. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Spawn Changelog and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for updates regarding PRO. You may also use the ^s <pokemon/area> command in #bot-commands to see where a pokemon can spawn. Nevertheless, you have a chance to get Karrablast from winning the Bug Catching Contest at First place. This Karrablast also has a 1/4096 chance of being shiny instead of the regular.
