  2. Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Johto story. Your Kanto pokemon, which are the pokemon in your screenshot, will remain locked in your PC until you finish the 8th gym in Johto. This is to allow you to be able to fully experience the Johto story. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.
  3. Hi there. Could you please press F2 to open up the console, then type in clearmaps? This will reload the map for you. Afterwards, restart the PRO Client and try to interact with Nurse Joy. Let me know if this works for you.
  4. Hi there. Please do note that PRO is in BETA and bugs like this may occur. We're always trying to improve the gameplay, but please do note that staff are volunteers. However, after being brought up with the content scripters, it has been decided that you'll have to wait until the upcoming boss rework before the issue is resolved. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your cooldowns as it would be unfair to others who have accepted their losses due to this issue. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs as well as in #announcements in our Official PRO Discord for updates regarding PRO. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. As nothing further can be done of this, I'll now lock this thread.
  5. Hi there. The merge was done in order to stabilize the servers and prevent crashes that were happening often. Red, Blue, and Yellow were the original pokemon games and therefore those were used for the names of the servers. When the merge happened, there was a vote that occurred for the new name of the new servers. Gold and Silver was the winner of this vote. Hope this clarifies things for you.   9. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The error was caused by an issue with spawns. The error has been forwarded to the respective parties. However, there is no estimated time as to when this will be fixed. You can keep an eye out in the Spawn Changelog and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord. Nevertheless, you can get a Dragon Scale from the in-game Trade chat from other players as well. Please do note that the Dragon Scale is consumed after evolution. You can also get it from PvP Masters for PvP Coins. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  14. Hi there. Unfortunately, we are unable to give an estimated time as to when new content or 7th Generation pokemon will be released. Please do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and work in their own time. Our content team and developers are always working hard to provide new content for the communinty.   15. Hi there. In order to get a Lapras mount, you'll have to go into the Coin Shop and purchase the mount from there for 50 Coins. In order to get coins, you can purchase 100C for a $5 donation. Alternatively, you can buy a coin capsule from players in the in-game Trade chat. You can also win coin capsules through different Official and Unofficial events. Lapras mount was also given as a prize during the Easter event, so you may be able to purchase one from the in-game Trade chat as well. Let me know if you need anything else.
  16. Hi there. First, you'll need to obtain a bike voucher. To obtain a bike voucher you must first talk to Youngster Samuel who can be found in the house right of Vermillion Pokecenter. He will ask for an OT Ditto in exchange for a Bike Voucher. Ditto can be found at Route 8 in the grass as a Tier 6 spawn. After receiving the Bike Voucher, head up to Cerulean City and enter the Bike Shop. In the shop, talk to the owner and he will offer you a Bike for the Bike Voucher and 60k. You can also obtain $60,000 easily through dig sites and rebattling trainers. Let me know if you need anything else.

  22. Hi there. You are free to play on both servers on your account. It doesn’t matter if you choose one over the other to play on. You can have a maximum of 4 accounts as stated in our Game Rules. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need further help.
  23. Hi there. If you would like to teach your Shroomish Spore, you are able to do so by going to a Move Relearner and teaching it Stun Spore first. Afterwards, enter the relearner's interface again and you should be able to learn Spore now. As for Breloom, you should be able to teach it Spore by going to the Pre-Evo move tutor behind every daycare. Once in a Daycare, go behind the old couple to get brought to the area with the Pre-Evo move tutor. To unlock the Daycare, you'll need to have completed the Egg Moves quest. Afterwards, you will gain access to the different Daycares as listed below. Route 5, Kanto Route 34, Johto Route 117, Hoenn Solaceon Town, Sinnoh Four Island, Sevii Islands If the Pre-Evo move tutor doesn't give you an option to relearn Spore, please do let me know and attach screenshots of this occuring.
  24. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This error was caused by a spawn in a renamed map that was picked up by the database by the Reborn bot. Nevertheless, this has been forwarded to the involved parties and will be fixed accordingly once an Admin is around to do so. Please do note that there is no ETA as to when this will be fixed.
